Encountered a bug, exploit, or need assistance? Please use one of the following channels—providing clear, detailed information helps us resolve your issue quickly.


1. In‑Game Ticket System

  • Command: /ticket

  • Include:

    • Title: Brief summary (e.g. “Can’t enter Gold Room”)

    • Description: Step‑by‑step reproduction

    • Logs/Screenshots: Use /savechat then attach images

  • Response Goal: Acknowledge within 24 hrs, critical fixes within 72 hrs


2. Discord Support

  • Channel: #support on our official Discord

  • Tag: @Support GM for urgent issues

  • Include:

    • Short summary

    • Character name, map/location, and timestamp

    • Attach screenshots, video clips, or error logs


3. Forum Bug Reports

  • Board: “Bug Reports” section on our website forum

  • Thread Format:

    1. Subject: [Bug] [Map] Short description

    2. Body:

      • Steps to reproduce

      • Expected vs. actual behavior

      • Client version & custom settings

      • Attachments: screenshots, logs, video links

  • Follow‑up: Forum staff will escalate confirmed bugs to the dev team


4. Emergency Contact

For account‑compromise or security exploits, email @@@ with URGENT in the subject line.
